At the moment, in the Unified State Register of Real Estate in relation to an object under construction, one of the main characteristics is the degree of its readiness. This characteristic reflects the degree of readiness of the construction object as a percentage. At the same time, this characteristic also includes the foundation, which is an important quantitative characteristic of an object under construction. However, such information from the Unified State Register of Real Estate does not reflect the real degree of readiness of the object, since it is unclear what exactly is included in these percentages. One of the principles of recognizing an object as an object of immovable property is its indissoluble connection with the land. For an object under construction, this relationship can be traced only if its foundation is fully erected. At the moment, there are no requirements, provisions that would confirm that the foundation is an essential condition for recognizing an object of unfinished construction as an object of immovable property. As part of the study, it was proposed to determine the main quantitative characteristics of an object of unfinished construction to be entered in the Unified State Register of Real Estate, including the percentage of the degree of readiness of the construction object. It was also proposed to reflect in the Unified State Register of Real Estate the qualitative characteristics of the objects under consideration, namely information about the materials of the foundation of the unfinished construction object.
